History of the firm Studio Legale Ferretti

The law firm Ferretti was founded in 1946 in Rome by Aldo Ferretti and in 1981 expanded to a partnership. The law firm Ferretti is advising clients for over half a century in all civil affairs as well as in all questions of trial defense. We are cooperating with well chosen corresponding attornies in all Italian provinces and the most important cities in Europe.

Our law firm is looking after several clients, private people as well as small and middle sized companies, for which we solve legal, forensic and exforensic problems in the area of civil law (mainly in the area of trade law and banking law), criminal law, tax law, foreign currency law and administrative law.

Today our law firm consists of eight lawyers and about eight further cooperators , all working in an office of about 500 qm.

In 1993 our office incorporated with five further european law firms and took part in founding the association International Jurists – GEIE (European Association for economic interests).

Since 1999 Gian Alberto Ferretti is member of the governing board of the association „International Jurists“ with 200 lawyers and over 400 further cooperators all together.

Since 1990 the partnership „Ferretti“ continuously educates German junior lawyers. In this way they get intergrated in the work of an Italian attorny within the realms of their professional education.

Since 2001 our partnership participates in the schooling programme of the University of West in Bristol (England), hereby it gives many students the opportunity of an internship in order to get to know the daily work of a law firm.

In 2001 our office founded an association with thirty other Italian law firms in order to give our clients a competent consulting service in whole Italy.
The association combines conceptual fromulations which are impossible to realize by just one office. So this association is able to give their clients an overall international service by giving assistance in all legal areas as well as by the collection of credits in foreign coutries, asset management, taxservice, blacksnakeanalysis and social security contribution.

Such centralisation of services gives the association the opportunity to solve the problems of their clients extensivly.

With that kind of structure it is possible to take advantage of the utilization capacities and experience values of a numerous amount of lawyers, Italian as well as other europeen lawyers, in order to uncover all conceivable interest of our clients.

Further it is to mention that Aldo Ferretti as well as Gian Alberto Ferretti as official auditors make available their many years of knowledge to the controlling of the association, the syndicate and the associtation.
